JustRun ICT is designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced runners. We have worked with runners trying to tackle their first 5K, qualify for Boston, and run 100 miles. Your plan will adjust to what your goals are.
Are there different types of membership plans available?
We keep it simple for all people based in Wichita. One monthly subscription with all the services we would provide for online clients (at $100 less a month than what a full service online 1 to 1 client would get). Support and work with some of our favorite local businesses and get an additional $25 off per month - Fartleks, Empower Physical Therapy, Just Move Gym, Flexible Nutrition, and more.
Yes, non-members can join one group running strength session as a guest, and can continue by signing up for a membership at JustMove ICT gym.
Our virtual training plans are accessed through the online training platform, Training Peaks, featuring detailed daily workouts, strength plan delivery, and the ability to track your progress through Heart Rate data and Pace Data on your training device. Coaching support is also available remotely through a WhatsApp chat with both Coach Kevin and Coach Daniel.
Injuries happen. We are not doctors or physical therapists, but we will advise you on managing load to support the recommendations of clinicians you work with. If your training is interrupted we will create cross training plans and strength plans to facilitate recovery and maintain your fitness. Pauses in subscriptions are allowed, but our goal is to always keep you moving towards your goal, even through injury.
Yes, we offer discounted rates for family sign-ups or groups training together towards the same race goals. This is a personalized package that we can discuss in your intro call.
